Rosemary, you are a whole lot more than a web designer. The website is only one of the deliverables and has become a small part of your service to me.
I tell people you are my business coach. Your primary value is your sense of business strategy (exclusive of the website.) You understand how to package a business. You understand my customer, and what I need to do to motivate them and build my relationships with them.
It annoys me that you’re sometimes two steps ahead of me, but you always give me good advice and eventually I get the logic behind it. We know I find some of your methods weird, but I consider your people and business instincts sound even when delivered in a Wonder Woman costume or on a trapeze.
You are a very big part of the success I am experiencing now.
